Please do not give orders to our Sales Executives verbally, try to post or e - mail the orders.

Terms & Conditions
1. All expenses in returning the unsold books will be borne by the Booksellers.
2. If you purchase books from our distributors, please return the books to them only.
3. Stamped, bounded and defective books will not be adjusted for sales return purposes.
4. While placing the orders, please mention following points clearly:


 A. Transport name with telephone numbers.

B. Booking station.

C. Email ID.

D. Mode of transportation -Whether by Train, Transport Company or by Post.
5. Terms —Cash, VPP or through Bank. Books will not be supplied on Credit or Hundi.
6. The freight charges shall be borne and payable by the customer.
7. We always do business through Bank. If any consignment is already in the bank, no further consignment will be sent.
8. You are requested to place the orders directly to the company’s Order Desk preferably by email, fax or post. Place the orders by telephone only in case of       urgency.
9. Our responsibility ceases as soon as the goods leave our premises. No claim regarding shortages or damages, whatsoever, will be entertained.
10. All claims and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
11. We can fasten your dispatches if you place direct orders.
12. We will provide you a unique customer login ID, and password, which will help you to check your Order Status, Pending Order Details,Account Statement instantly. This service is available online.
