Terms-Cash, VPP or through Bank. Books will not be supplied on Credit and Hundi. |

The Freight charges shall be borne and payable by the customer.
|

We always do business through Bank. If any consignment is already in bank, no further consigment will be sent.

| 4. |
We are not responsible for making the payments or delivery of books to our sales representatives or agents.
|

In case there is any error or omission in the invoice ,delivery of the goods may
|

please be taken and the error may be rectified by correspondence in routine.
|
| 6. |
Patrons are requested not to delay in retiring the document form the bank difference, error and adjustments can be satisfactorily settled separately .

| 7. |
Our responsibility ceases as soon as the goods leave our premises. No claim and shortages or damages , whatsoever will be entertained as all goods are thoroughly checked before packing.

All claims and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only . |
